Thanks for your interest in my wedding cakes. I strive to make each wedding cake as unique and special as the bride herself. Your wedding cake is often the “centerpiece” of your reception and should reflect your style and personality as well as the grooms.

The first step in planning your wedding cake is to schedule a consultation. These are done on Sundays by appointment only. Once you have scheduled your appointment I will send you a bridal packet with all the information you will need to start the process of designing your wedding cake.

I offer a detailed design process that will help you create the wedding cake of your dreams! To better serve you I ask you please read the entire packet prior to your consultation.

*Consultations are free with no obligation to purchase* although I respectively ask that NO MORE than three tasters be present at time of tasting. Through experience, cake design sessions are most effectively accomplished with a maximum of 3 people. The average consultation takes about 45 minutes.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $75 is required to guarantee booking for your wedding date. Date is NOT secured until your deposit is received. This deposit is taken off the balance due on your cake.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Cake balance needs to be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to wedding date. I except Checks, money orders, cash or pay pal. No checks accepted after the two week deadline. Returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee.

DELIVERY/SET-UP FEE:
Delivery fee for wedding cakes starts at $55 for the Jacksonville area. Other areas based on distance traveled. Includes set up of cake, placement of flowers and or topper and limited cake table decorating (ask for details).

PRICING
Wedding cakes start at $3.75 per serving. This includes your choice of cake flavor and filling for each tier, cake platter, pillars, separators (if needed), butter cream icing, basic design and butter cream roses.

Complex designs, fondant beading, flowers (silk, gum paste or fresh), sea shells, ect. Are extra and will be priced accordingly depending upon detail.

Fondant icing add $1.50 per serving
